Responsibilities & Context

• To ensure preparation daily Raw materials (Spare part, Stationary items, Hardware & Electrical)
• To ensure preparation of daily stock
• To ensure goods are properly segregated and BIN CARD being used.
• To ensure recording of the necessary data in Oracle on time.
• To ensure emergency local purchase.
• To ensure monthly inventory and reconciliation.
• Supervise inventory people are properly working or not.
• To ensure Purchase requisition submit as per User Requirement.
• To ensure to take necessary step to bring Engineering related goods from other's unit.
• Ensure user department about their purchase requisition status.
• Follow up goods in housed or not as per Purchase requisition.
• To ensure supply chain concern about new goods sample.
• Keep Communication with user department about oracle related work.
• To ensure to user department about any item which they unable to find out.
• To ensure warehouse are neat and clean.
• To perform any other job when assign by the senior management.

Responsibilities & Context

• To monitor and control all production processes in the sewing section.
• Supervise and direct activities of sewing department to meet daily production target.
• Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of machine and skilled operatives.
• Execute sewing production through line supervisors and operators & helpers.
• Set the line lay out as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.
• To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
• To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program.
